Low Bulk Density

Popcorn and puffed snacks require more hopper volume than dense products of the same weight. Larger weighing buckets and a matched forming tube prevent capacity from limiting speed.

Product Breakage

Chips can crack under aggressive vibration or excessive drop height. Gentle feeder settings and shorter transfer paths reduce broken pieces.

Oil and Seasoning Buildup

Oil, cheese powder and other seasonings can collect on smooth contact surfaces. Dimpled surfaces and removable product-contact parts support more consistent flow and easier cleaning.

Nitrogen and Bag Volume

Inconsistent nitrogen flow can produce uneven bag inflation and create problems during case packing. Synchronized gas flushing and sealing control maintain more consistent headspace.
