Cookie Breakage
Brittle biscuits may crack under strong vibration or excessive drop height. Gentle feeding and shorter transfer distances reduce broken edges and crumbs.
Flat-Product Overlap
Flat cookies can stack on feeder pans and enter individual hoppers in uneven batches. Controlled product spreading and adjusted vibration maintain a more even supply.
Pack Weight Variation
Sandwich cookies, mini crackers and broken pieces may have different individual weights. Multihead weighing combines actual product weights instead of relying on volume or piece count.
Crumbs in the Seal
Loose crumbs can continue falling after the main portion enters the pouch. Controlled hopper gates and filling timing keep particles away from the sealing area.
